Waiting Room Screens is the business service from Real View. It turns the TVs in your waiting room, gym, care home, salon or reception into your own channel: live views from beautiful places around the world, playing one after another with a gentle fade between them, and your own slideshows and video adverts in between. You build it in a control panel in your browser, and the screens follow along by themselves.

Those are exactly the rooms it was built for. Patients arrive anxious and spend the wait looking at the screen, so what’s on it matters — and the research on nature views and patient stress is why we built the business collection the way we did. Care homes use it in the lounge, where residents watch the coast and the countryside all afternoon.

Yes. Anything you can put in a picture or a video can go between the views — appointment guidance, new treatments, meet the team, opening hours over a bank holiday, this month’s offer. Upload it in your panel and the screens pick it up on their own.

No. Nothing is filmed at your premises and no camera is installed. Your screens show live views from cameras in other places, plus the adverts you upload yourself. Your customers, patients and staff are never on screen.

Yes. Every view in the business collection is original and licensed for public display, and the music library is cleared for commercial use too. That is what the business subscription is for — you can play it in a reception, a gym or a ward with confidence.

Yes — the TV on our home page is a real display stream, playing live right now. It runs at a quicker pace there so you can see a few views and an advert inside a minute. On your own screens, each view stays for as long as you choose.

A screen that can run apps, and an internet connection. Install the free Real View app on the TV, scan the code that appears on screen with your phone, and that screen joins your account. Then pick your views, upload your adverts, and it runs.

Samsung and LG smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV sticks, and Android TV boxes and sticks. If you already have a smart TV on the wall, that is all you need.

Tell us when you sign up. Any screen with an HDMI socket can be used with a small player plugged into the back of it, and we’ll sort that out with you.

Yes. Each screen plays its own display stream, so reception, the gym floor and the treatment rooms can each show a different set of views and a different set of adverts — all from one account.

Yes. You choose which display stream plays when the TV is switched on, and it starts on its own and runs all day. Your team switches the screen on in the morning; nobody needs the remote after that.

It streams like any other TV app, so an ordinary business broadband connection is plenty. If you plan to run several screens in one building, mention it when you sign up and we’ll talk it through with you.

Yes — that’s half the value. Upload photos to build a slideshow, or upload a video you already have. Your advert plays full screen between the live views, and the only messages on your screen are yours.

You decide. Set how often an advert is due, and give your most important adverts more weight so they come round more often. Adverts arrive at the natural moment — as one view hands over to the next — so it feels like a channel made for your space.

That’s your choice. Each advert can carry its own audio or a track from the music library, and one switch makes the whole display silent — which is how most waiting rooms run it.

No. There’s no setup fee and no charge for the hours you play. We set your account up for you and help you get your first screen running as part of the subscription.

No. Signing up on the website tells us what you want. We email you within one working day with your login, and arrange payment with you then.
